Meetinghouse Software End of Life Policy


Product End of Life Agreement: Meetinghouse's (MDC) End-of-Life (EOL) Policy defines the period of time Customer, based on the status of its support agreement with MDC, has access to MDC-provided patches, updates, workarounds, and customer support for Product if Product has passed its end-of-sale (EOS) date.

Pursuant to the terms of such policy:

  • MDC shall provide notice of Product EOS six (6) months prior to the EOS date. MDC shall post this notice on its Public Web site. When the EOS date for Product arrives, MDC shall declare Product EOL.


  • Once Product is EOL, MDC shall provide software maintenance support for Product for a period of one (1) year. During this time period, MDC may provide software maintenance releases or bug fixes to address critical defects in Product. MDC reserves the right to resolve a reported issue in a planned or existing software update release. After this time period, MDC shall no longer develop, repair, maintain, or test Product.


  • For a period of three (3) years after Product EOL, MDC shall continue to provide Customer with customer support, consistent with the terms of the valid support agreement in place between MDC and Customer. Upon expiration of Customer's valid support agreement during this period, Customer may renew the support agreement for a period that ends not later than three (3) years from the EOS date.
