Meetinghouse Hires Network Security Veteran as Vice President of Product Strategy

Gene Chang Brings 20 Years of Network Security Experience To Meetinghouse

Portsmouth, NH – October 17th , 2005 – Meetinghouse, a worldwide leader in endpoint security software, today announced that Eugene (Gene) Chang has joined the Company as Vice President of Product Strategy. In this role Mr. Chang will be responsible for developing Meetinghouse’s innovative enterprise security products and ensuring their success in the market. Gene comes to Meetinghouse from Funk Software, where he was Vice President for Strategic Business Development for the past six years. Mr. Chang will report directly to Dr. Paul Goransson, President of Meetinghouse.

Throughout his career in network access and security fields, Gene has been active in creating industry best practices and standards for wireless security and global roaming. He serves on many standards committees and is widely recognized for his contributions to the advancement of key industry standards.

Prior to Meetinghouse, Gene has held senior management positions at several technology companies throughout New England and received his BS and MS in EECS from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
