Helen Goransson, VP, Human Resources

Helen Goransson has been an executive officer of Meetinghouse since 1988 serving as vice president, treasurer, and interim president. Ms. Goransson has a master of business administration (MBA) degree from coursework at Boston University and the Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Administracion (Caracas, Venezuela). Prior to and concurrent with her work at Meetinghouse, she has served as the executive director of MVOTEC, a consortium of schools and colleges in Massachusetts. She was also the assistant to the director of the Venezuelan-American Chamber of Commerce in Caracas, and has worked in the fields of finance, energy economics, and education. She is also past president of the South Berwick (Maine) Rotary Club and on the Board of Directors of the Seacoast Repertory Theatre (Portsmouth, NH).
